Summary of Essential Functions for the Position: Committed to Caring, the Director of Rehabilitation Services is responsible for all aspects of the rehabilitation continuum and oversees the delivery of the rehabilitation services, including physical, occupational, and speech therapies. This position organizes and directs a comprehensive program to ensure quality, cost-effective rehabilitation services. Responsible for the hiring, retention and advancement, quality improvement, adherence to accreditation, state, federal, and licensing standards, and budget management. May be required to provide patient care in times of urgent need. |
