Director, Revenue Marketing & AI Enablement

Job Summary

Deposco is a cloud-native supply chain platform growing fast in a market being remade by AI. This role owns two things: the pipeline engine and the reinvention of how that engine runs.

You will lead revenue marketing — integrated campaigns, events, ABM, sales alignment, and the programs that create and accelerate pipeline for new logos and customer expansion. And you will be the marketing organization's AI-first operator: the person who sees where AI can compress cycle time, cut program cost, or open new plays, then gets those capabilities built and adopted across the team.

This is not a technical role. You will not code, and we don't want you to. You will identify the possibility, define the requirement, and orchestrate the build through our operations team, agencies, and vendors. The skill we're hiring is judgment about what AI should do in a revenue marketing motion — and the operational follow-through to make it real, measured, and repeatable.

What You'll Own

  • Pipeline programs. Integrated campaign strategy and execution across email, ABM (DemandBase), paid programs, third-party content syndication, webinars, and end-to-end trade show management. You own the numbers: pipeline creation, acceleration, SALs, and customer expansion.

  • Sales alignment. The connective tissue between marketing and sales — outbound sequencing, marketing office hours, shared process development, and program reporting the sales organization actually trusts.

  • AI-first operating model. A standing roadmap of AI-enabled improvements to how revenue marketing works: campaign production, lead scoring and routing, personalization, reporting, and program analysis. For each initiative, you define the use case and success metric, select the path to build it (internal ops, agency, or vendor), and drive adoption. You are measured on the operating leverage this creates, not the tools deployed.

  • Team and stack. Leadership of marketing operations, and business ownership of the MarTech stack (HubSpot core), ensuring every platform decision moves us toward AI-first, not just AI-adjacent.

How You'll Be Measured

  • Pipeline created and accelerated (new logo and expansion), SALs

  • Program efficiency: cost per opportunity, campaign cycle time

  • AI enablement outcomes: measurable capacity, speed, or cost gains from initiatives you've shipped through the team

  • Sales-attested alignment and adoption of shared processes

Qualifications

  • 8–10 years in B2B demand generation or revenue marketing, ideally SaaS; supply chain or logistics technology a plus

  • A documented record of applying AI to marketing operations — you can point to specific workflows you changed and what they produced, not a list of tools you've tried

  • A strong writer of requirements: you can turn “what if we could…” into a one-page spec a technical partner can build from

  • Comfortable managing agencies and vendors as an extension of your team

  • Analytical enough to own reporting credibility with a sales organization

  • Atlanta-based or relocating; this role works from headquarters

Perks

  • Be part of an energetic team that is serious about delivering software to customers and cultivating our culture. We work awfully hard and are having a blast doing it. This team believes that what we are doing is a game-changer in the industry

  • Coffee bar with cold brew on tap and a full time barista

  • Standing desk (if you’re into that sort of thing)

  • Corporate events including food trucks, Top Golf and other shenanigans

  • Corporate office with co-working spaces, ping-pong tables, corn-hole boards, and Avalon around the corner

  • Benefits package including health care, paid time off, life insurance, 401k plan (with match), and gym reimbursement

  • Be part of a team recognized 5 years running as an USA Today Top Workplace
