Director –Revenue Marketing
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director – Revenue Marketing based in India.
As Director – Revenue Marketing, you will lead the technology, data, automation, and operational foundation powering the entire go-to-market organization. You’ll own the systems and processes that connect marketing and sales, optimize the buyer journey, and enable data-driven revenue decisions. This is a strategic leadership role that goes beyond traditional marketing operations, combining revenue systems, CRM optimization, marketing automation, analytics, and AI adoption. You’ll build scalable frameworks that improve pipeline visibility, campaign performance, sales productivity, and marketing effectiveness. Working across Marketing, Sales, and Revenue teams, you’ll drive operational transformation and ensure the GTM engine can scale efficiently. The role is ideal for an experienced revenue operations leader who enjoys combining technology, data, strategy, and continuous improvement
Accountabilities:
- Own and optimize the end-to-end marketing technology ecosystem, including Salesforce CRM, Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), 6sense, Amplemarket, ZoomInfo, webinar platforms, and AI-enabled tools, while ensuring the technology architecture can scale with business growth.
- Design, implement, and maintain integrations, APIs, lead-routing processes, data enrichment frameworks, and connected revenue systems, while developing and executing the broader marketing technology roadmap.
- Build scalable marketing automation programs covering nurture campaigns, lifecycle management, lead scoring, segmentation, dynamic content, progressive profiling, buyer journeys, and account-based marketing workflows.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue teams to improve lead management, funnel performance, forecasting, attribution, revenue processes, response times, conversion rates, and overall sales productivity.
- Establish and maintain strong CRM governance, including duplicate management, campaign taxonomy, account hierarchy, field governance, data integrity, reporting accuracy, and contact health.
- Leverage intent data, enrichment strategies, and revenue intelligence to improve lead quality, pipeline visibility, and the effectiveness of GTM decision-making.
- Develop executive dashboards and reporting covering pipeline, funnel conversion, campaign ROI, attribution, revenue influence, velocity, and forecasting, translating data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
- Lead the adoption of AI and intelligent automation across GTM operations, identifying opportunities to automate repetitive workflows, improve segmentation, personalize engagement, and increase operational efficiency.
- Drive cross-functional transformation initiatives, manage technology roadmaps, and continuously identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve scalability, and create a more predictable revenue engine.
- Establish success measures around CRM reliability, automated lead routing, faster campaign execution, meaningful attribution, accurate forecasting, AI-enabled productivity, and a scalable, integrated revenue technology ecosystem.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, with an MBA preferred.
- 10–15+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Revenue Systems, GTM Operations, or a closely related function, ideally within enterprise B2B environments.
- Proven experience supporting organizations in AI, SaaS, Cloud, Engineering Services, Digital Transformation, or broader technology industries.
- Expert-level experience with Salesforce CRM and Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), combined with hands-on expertise across platforms such as 6sense, Amplemarket, ZoomInfo, and modern marketing technology ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture, APIs, integrations, lead scoring, campaign automation, marketing attribution, data governance, and revenue technology strategy.
- Demonstrated experience building scalable revenue operations and marketing automation frameworks that improve funnel performance and operational efficiency.
- Proven ability to design executive dashboards, reporting frameworks, forecasting processes, and revenue analytics that support senior-level decision-making.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, managing marketing technology roadmaps, and driving large-scale operational transformation.
- Familiarity with AI-driven marketing automation, workflow optimization, Account-Based Marketing, buying committee engagement, intent-based marketing, customer journey orchestration, and AI-powered personalization.
- Experience with webinar platforms, data enrichment solutions, advanced GTM analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or revenue operations certifications is advantageous.
- Strategic and commercially minded approach, with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, leadership, and executive stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strong ownership mindset, collaborative leadership style, and genuine interest in automation, AI, scalable systems, and continuous process improvement.
- Annual compensation: INR 3,500,000–4,000,000.
