About the Role
We are seeking a visionary and relationship-driven Director of Sales for Vyta our national Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Aging in Place division. This role blends strategic foresight with empathetic leadership—driving measurable growth while cultivating trust-based relationships that reflect our commitment to improving health and well-being across Canada. The Director of Sales is accountable for designing and executing a comprehensive sales roadmap that aligns with business objectives, strengthens market competitiveness, and fosters a high-performing, values-driven sales culture. This leader combines analytics with authenticity, balancing data-informed decisions and client-centered engagement to deliver sustainable success.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Relationship Execution
• Develop and implement national sales strategies that align with corporate goals and evolving D2C health and well being trends for older adults who prefer to live well at home on their own terms .
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable, measurable, and time-bound (SMART) plans supported by data insights and market analytics.
• Lead with a relationship-based approach to selling—ensuring clients experience empathy, professionalism, and tailored service.
• Analyze market conditions, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics to inform proactive sales strategies and maintain a strong competitive edge.
• Forecast revenue, monitor key performance indicators, and adapt plans as markets shift to ensure sustained growth and operational agility.

Operational Excellence
• Oversee national sales performance using dashboards, CRM tools, and analytics to track pipeline health, lead conversion, and profitability.
• Optimize sales processes and integrate technology to drive efficiency, transparency, and scalability.
• Partner with marketing, customer experience, insights, product and operations teams to align campaigns, client experiences, and service delivery for both institutional and D2C markets.
• Establish disciplined execution standards while promoting a client-first mindset across all sales channels.

Leadership & Team Development
• Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team across Canada, fostering a culture of accountability, empathy, and excellence.
• Collaborate with HR to design and implement incentive plans and professional development programs that promote growth and ethical sales practices.
• Provide mentorship and performance feedback, ensuring alignment between individual goals and organizational priorities.
• Build a supportive, mission-aligned environment that motivates teams to achieve exceptional results and client satisfaction.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with marketing, customer experience, insights, product, finance, and operations to align go-to-market strategies, pricing, and communications.
• Ensure consistent cross-departmental collaboration to deliver cohesive, client-centered initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to refine sales forecasting, resource allocation, and organizational planning.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• National revenue growth and profitability.
• Lead generation, conversion rates, and client retention.
• Pipeline accuracy and forecast reliability.
• Client satisfaction, NPS, engagement, and lifetime value.
• Employee engagement, turnover, and development outcomes.
