Design and build a modern Sales Operations function capable of supporting rapid organizational growth and increasing sales complexity.

Establish forecasting governance, pipeline inspection frameworks, CRM standards, territory planning processes, and commercial operating rhythms.

Lead initiatives focused on improving sales productivity, forecast accuracy, operational consistency, and executive visibility.

Partner with Sales Leadership, Finance, Delivery, Marketing, and Executive stakeholders to align business goals with operational execution.

Develop and manage deal desk governance, pricing approvals, commercial exceptions, and sales policy frameworks.

Build executive reporting and performance management processes that transform operating data into actionable business decisions.

Drive CRM governance and user adoption while improving data quality, process compliance, and sales technology effectiveness.

Identify opportunities to automate workflows, reduce administrative burden, and accelerate decision-making across the sales organization.

Build scalable operating models, governance structures, service levels, and operating cadences as the business matures.

Contribute to revenue growth by improving visibility into pipeline health, sales execution, forecasting, and commercial performance.

Building Sales Operations capabilities from the ground up in organizations where little or no formal structure exists.

Translating operational challenges into scalable processes, governance frameworks, and measurable business outcomes.

Balancing speed with control across forecasting, pipeline management, deal approvals, pricing governance, and executive reporting.Creating practical, minimum viable processes quickly, then refining them through stakeholder feedback and performance data.

Influencing senior sales leaders while maintaining accountability for standards, deadlines, evidence-based decisions, and process adherence.

Establishing governance models that improve consistency without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.

Turning complex operating data into executive-level insights, recommendations, ownership, and action plans.

Navigating ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities while maintaining focus on business outcomes.

Building trusted partnerships across Sales, Finance, Operations, Delivery, and Executive Leadership teams.

Leveraging automation, analytics, AI, and technology to simplify operations and improve decision quality.
Sound interesting? If so, you’ll have…
- 10+ years of progressive Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or Sales Strategy & Operations experience, including meaningful leadership accountability.
- Demonstrated experience building or materially transforming a Sales Operations function.
- Direct ownership of forecasting and forecast governance.
- Direct ownership of pipeline management, inspection, stage discipline, and data quality.
- Experience with territory design, account assignment, quota inputs, and capacity or coverage analysis.
- Experience operating or redesigning deal desk, pricing approval, exception, or commercial governance workflows.
- Experience with CRM governance and sales technology adoption. Dynamics 365 or OneCRM experience is preferred.
- Executive-level communication and the ability to convert operating data into decisions, owners, and actions.
- History of delivering measurable progress in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
Preferred
- Professional services, consulting, technology services, SaaS, or Microsoft partner ecosystem experience.
- Experience supporting a complex, multi-industry or matrixed sales organization.
- MEDDPICC or another evidence-based opportunity qualification methodology.
- This could be BANT, SPICED, CHAMP, etc.
- Power BI, Power Platform, sales workflow automation, and AI-enabled Sales Operations exposure.
- Experience building and leading a small team while remaining hands-on during the function build.
