Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) is looking for the best and brightest to join our Team! What to Expect: Plans, manages, and administers a comprehensive year-round health and fitness program, and the facilities used in conducting the activities comprised the program at MC Installation. Serves as the installation Liaison with agencies internal and external to the Marine Corps. Oversees the health, fitness, aquatics, sports and Outdoor Adventure programs. Continually evaluates the effectiveness of ongoing activities, resources, and program objectives, and adapts and alters program activities based on findings. Prepares and submits the annual budget for review/approval. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Practices sound position management by periodically reviewing organizational structure and functional assignments. Determines adequacy of facilities and recommends facility construction/alterations and renovation projects, and monitors repair and maintenance of existing facilities and equipment. Plans, coordinates, conducts, and oversees all aspects of recurring and non-recurring activities, special events and joint military and civilian community undertakings to make maximum use of facilities, services and other resources. This is a white-collar position where standing for long periods of time and occasional lifting up to 45lbs. may be required. Must be able to lift and carry objects over 45lbs with assistance. Performs other related duties as assigned.
