As Director - City Asset Management, you will help shape how social assets are prepared, managed, and optimized across City Operations. This role is focused on protecting long-term asset value while supporting high service standards, operational effectiveness, and commercial performance across a broad portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Lead portfolio-level management of social assets to ensure readiness, service quality, lifecycle performance, commercialization, optimization, and long-term value realization across City Operations.
- Drive asset lifecycle planning and portfolio performance management across city assets.
- Oversee service quality management and handover readiness to support operational success.
- Translate operational needs into stage gate requirements and readiness inputs.
- Coordinate across operators, FM providers, and City Operations functions to align asset management priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in real estate development, finance, asset management, economics, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience leading asset management across large-scale city or infrastructure portfolios.
- Commercial awareness across leasing, partnerships, service charge, cost recovery, and value optimization.
- Hands-on experience with asset lifecycle planning, service quality management, handover readiness, and portfolio performance management.
- Ability to translate operational needs into stage gate requirements and readiness inputs.
- Experience coordinating across operators, FM providers, and City Operations functions.
