Job Summary

The successful candidate will act as a liaison between the Japan headquarters and the Singapore subsidiary, with the ability to understand local business operations, report to headquarters, and effectively manage the subsidiary’s business. The candidate is expected to possess strong expertise in the construction industry and to drive the Company’s further growth through his/her knowledge, experience, and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor business plans aligned with the strategic policies of both the parent company and the Singapore entity
  • Oversee company management and performance, delivering timely and accurate reports to shareholders
  • Manage general administration, human resources, accounting, and sales operations to ensure effective company functioning
  • Drive business development by acquiring projects and managing client relationships with regional and international general contractors, including Japanese clients

Required Competencies and Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, law, or equivalent professional experience
  • At least 15–20 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in executive or senior management roles, preferably in an international environment
  • Expertise in business analysis with the ability to develop actionable business plans
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
