This role requires close collaboration with headquarters in Japan and global manufacturing facilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning and develop budgeting strategies to support sustainable business growth
- Manage sales performance and conduct profit analysis to optimize revenue streams
- Perform compliance reviews to ensure adherence to relevant legislation, guidelines, and internal/group policies
- Oversee accurate financial reporting and maintain effective communication with headquarters in Japan
- Provide cross-border leadership to align Singapore operations with Japan headquarters and global manufacturing plants
- Support and implement strategic initiatives to expand the company’s presence in ASEAN and India markets
