Core Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute long-term goals, growth strategies, and operational targets to align with the board's vision. [1, 2]
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to corporate and local laws (such as the Singapore Companies Act or equivalent statutory frameworks), maintain statutory registers, and manage fiduciary duties. [1, 2]
• Financial Oversight: Approve and monitor budgets, profit margins, capital expenditures, and financial performance accounts. [1, 2]
• Leadership & Management: Supervise, mentor, and assess department heads or operational teams to drive productivity and build company culture. [1, 2]
• Stakeholder Relations: Represent the company in high-level negotiations, client presentations, board meetings, and shareholder communications. [1]
• Risk Management: Identify corporate risks, implement internal controls, and oversee audit findings. [1, 2]
