3. This individual must be knowledgeable and articulate in teaching and presenting the Gospel of Christ as written in the Bible.

5. This individual will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, verbal and written, in the local official language.

6. This individual must possess an elementary level of the English language.

7. This will have strong organizational, administrative, and management skills.

13. This individual must be an active member (serving in good standing) with regular attendance at a local evangelical church.

Time requirements:

This position will require a minimum of 40 in-office working hours per week.

Travel requirements:

Occasional domestic travel will be required.

Position Duties:

The Discipleship Manager will provide effective management of all Discipleship programs, ensuring they are executed per organizational Values & Guidelines.

1. Ensure Effective Operation of Discipleship Programs
   • Ensure Discipleship programs and activities follow the provisions of the League Manual, Center Discipleship Manual, Coaches Handbook, and other guiding 3p documents and plans.
   • Provide effective spiritual coaching to staff and coaches.
   • Oversee the Center's morning devotion
   • Oversee the war room and watchman on the wall program.

2. Discipleship Training Oversight

• • Facilitate and lead all Discipleship Teaching and training in the Center.
  • Ensure that Life on Life Discipleship takes place at each practice and match session.
  • Select Coaches who will lead discipleship time along with the league coordinator.
  • Collect and maintain proper documentation of all reported salvation in Box .com.
  • Oversee all community service, gospel promotion, and bible quiz events.
  • Ensure adequate supply of discipleship material and Bibles.

3. League Coordinator Oversight
