Discipline Support Officer
Job Description
- Assist with student investigations, interviews, and incident reporting.
- Supervise detention sessions and monitor student attendance and behaviour.
- Support students during in-house suspension and facilitate their return to class.
- Conduct campus supervision during recess, dismissal, and lesson transitions.
- Promote positive student behaviour and assist with conflict resolution.
- Maintain discipline records and follow up on detention defaulters.
- Communicate with students, parents, and school staff regarding discipline matters.
- Work closely with the Student Management Team to maintain a safe and disciplined school environment
Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in uniformed services, law enforcement, or school discipline management.
- Experience in student management, youth work, or behavioural support.
- Familiar with investigations, disciplinary procedures, and case management.
- Knowledge of confidentiality requirements and relevant regulations.
- Calm, firm, and professional when handling student discipline matters.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of the Student Management Team.
- Proficient in basic IT skills for documentation and reporting
