Job Summary
You will support kitchen operations by efficiently cleaning dishes and utensils, maintaining a clean and safe work environment in a small restaurant located at 2 Havelock Road / Chinatown.
Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to meet hygiene standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area to ensure a safe work environment
- Manage dishwashing workflow to support kitchen staff during operating hours
- Dispose of waste properly and assist with general kitchen cleaning tasks as needed

Working Hours Monday to Saturday, 6pm to 11pm
