Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented team member to help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. In this role, you will support daily operations by ensuring dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen areas are cleaned and ready for use. Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment
• Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of dish area, sinks, countertops, and kitchen support spaces
• Assist with trash removal, recycling, and general kitchen cleanup as needed
• Organize and restock clean items for kitchen and service staff
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members
• Support additional kitchen tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift, carry, and move items commonly found in a kitchen setting
• Previous kitchen or cleaning experience is helpful, but not required

Work Environment
