ISS offers full-time employees a variety of benefits including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, as well as a comprehensive leave program based on employment status. The hourly pay range for this position is $20.00 per hour - $22.00 per hour.

Work Hours

The work hours for this position are Mon-Fri, 6:30 am - 3:00 pm.

We’re Looking for a Dependable Kitchen Teammate!

Do you like staying active, working with a team, and helping food service run smoothly? Join Guckenheimer as a Dishwasher / Driver. You’ll help keep the kitchen clean and ready for service, while also delivering food and helping set up catered events.

This is a hands-on kitchen role with driving responsibilities. Your work in the dish room, kitchen, and at catering events helps the culinary team deliver great service.

What You’ll Do

• Wash pots, pans, dishes, and utensils, and return them to their proper storage areas
• Set up the pot sink and follow HACCP procedures for cleaning and sanitizing
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and storage spaces
• Sweep and mop kitchen and service-area floors
• Remove garbage safely as directed
• Drive a company vehicle to deliver food and supplies for catering needs
• Help the catering team set up events and meet service deadlines
• Support chefs, culinary teammates, and dish room operators as needed
• Assist with food prep if trained and assigned
• Follow food safety and workplace safety procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Dependability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to help the team
• Ability to follow directions from chefs and managers
• Clear communication and comfort working under time deadlines
• Knowledge of HACCP practices for dishware and food deliveries, or willingness to learn
• A valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company requirements

Driving is an essential part of this position. Candidates must complete a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check to operate a company vehicle.

The Physical Side of the Job

This is an active kitchen and delivery position. You should be comfortable:

• Working on your feet for up to eight hours a day, excluding breaks
• Lifting at least 25 pounds
• Working efficiently during busy service periods
• Wearing attire required by the dress code
