Position: Dishwasher - Location 5007 N. Shepherd Dr. Houston, TX 77018.
Esther’s Cajun Cafe & Soul food is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team! The ideal candidate will help maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen while ensuring dishes, cookware, and utensils are properly cleaned and ready for use.
Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
- Ensure all dishes and cookware are thoroughly cleaned and ready for use.
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, appliances, and dishwashing areas.
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors and promptly clean spills to maintain a safe work environment.
- Take out trash, clean garbage cans, and maintain proper waste disposal procedures.
- Keep the kitchen, dishwashing station, and designated dining areas clean and organized.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant cleanliness standards.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks and other duties as assigned.
- Work efficiently with the team to keep daily restaurant operations running smoothly.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen supplies as needed.
