Lombardi Family Concepts is bringing the Victory Tap experience to Dallas, and we’re building an all-star team from the ground up.
We’re looking for dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented Dishwashers to join our opening kitchen team.
Our dish team plays a critical role in keeping the kitchen moving, and we’re looking for people who take pride in cleanliness, organization, and being part of a great team.
What You’ll Do
- Operate the dish machine and properly wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes and equipment
- Maintain a constant supply of clean dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Keep dish areas clean, organized, and sanitary
- Assist kitchen staff with cleaning and organization throughout service
- Remove trash and recycling according to restaurant procedures
- Maintain clean floors and surrounding work areas
- Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing deliveries when needed
- Follow all food-safety and sanitation standards
- Complete opening, closing, and deep-cleaning responsibilities
What We’re Looking For
- Previous restaurant experience a plus
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen items
- Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
