Part-Time Dishwasher – The Bistro & Crave

Location: The Marquardt – Watertown, WI

Pay: $15.00–$19.82 per hour

Schedule: Part-Time | Primarily Evenings | No Late Nights!

New Horizon Foods is looking for a dependable and hardworking Part-Time Dishwasher to join our team at The Bistro and Crave, located within The Marquardt senior living community in Watertown, Wisconsin.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a flexible part-time position with evening hours and a friendly team environment. No previous experience is required, and we provide on-the-job training!

Typical Schedule:

• Primarily 1–2 evenings per week, approximately 4:00 p.m.–7:30 p.m.

• Occasional longer shifts from 11:30 a.m.–7:30 p.m.

• Additional shifts may be available based on staffing and business needs.

• No late nights!

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dishwashing area

• Assist with cleaning and sanitizing kitchen and dining areas

• Properly handle and dispose of garbage and recycling

• Put away clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen supplies

• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures

• Assist kitchen team members with additional cleaning and organizational tasks as needed

Requirements

• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

• Dependable, punctual, and hardworking

• Ability to work independently and follow instructions

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Reliable transportation to and from work

• No previous experience required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout a shift

• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally

• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull while performing daily tasks

• Ability to work in a kitchen environment with exposure to heat, moisture, and cleaning chemicals

• Ability to perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation
