We are seeking a hardworking, reliable, and motivated Dishwasher / Porter to join our growing team!

This position plays an essential role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient restaurant. The ideal candidate is a team player who takes initiative, works well under pressure, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.

• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dishwashing area, and back-of-house spaces.

• Sweep, mop, remove trash, and complete general cleaning duties throughout the restaurant.

• Assist with cleaning and maintaining dining areas, restrooms, and other areas as needed.

• Support kitchen staff with basic tasks and restocking supplies when necessary.

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.

• Complete assigned cleaning checklists and additional duties as directed by management.

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant or dishwashing experience preferred but not required.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
