Happy Valley Casino, located inside The Nittany Mall, has brought the region's first-ever gaming facility to life. Featuring over 600 slot machines, 30+ table games, cocktail service, and multiple dining venues, we're quickly becoming the premier entertainment destination in Happy Valley.

We're seeking dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented Dishwashers to help keep our kitchen operations running smoothly. What You'll Do

As a Dishwasher, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation standards of our food and beverage operations by:

• Cleaning dishes, glassware, flatware, cookware, and other kitchen items using commercial dishwashing equipment and manual cleaning methods
• Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to all Department of Health regulations and food safety standards
• Keeping kitchen equipment clean, sanitized, and in proper working condition
• Cleaning and sanitizing floors, mats, workstations, and other kitchen areas
• Properly utilizing cleaning supplies and equipment while maintaining inventory at designated levels
• Assisting kitchen and utility team members as needed to support daily operations
• Supporting a clean, organized, and efficient back-of-house environment
• Providing internal support that contributes to outstanding guest experiences
• Performing additional duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience with commercial dishwashing equipment, cleaning, or sanitation practices preferred
• Strong attention to cleanliness, safety, and detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, team-focused attitude with a willingness to assist where needed
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require

Physical Requirements

• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 30-50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout a shift lasting 6-8 hours
• Ability to work in a kitchen environment with varying temperatures and exposure to cleaning chemicals

Additional Information

Casino employees may be required to obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming License. The cost of licensure is covered by Happy Valley Casino.
