• Proven track record of meeting KPIs.
• Weekly toll expenses must not exceed 3% of the weekly gross revenue.
• Strong rate negotiation skills and broker communication experience.
• 100% On-Time Pickup and Delivery performance (failure to meet this requirement may result in deductions from the dispatch fee).
