Dispatcher
Summary
Coordinates bus service operations, monitors performance, and ensures communication between teams and customers in a fast-paced transit environment.
As a Dispatcher at Academy Bus, you will join a cross-functional team, keeping the lines of communication open between its employees and customers. This role provides an opportunity for growth within the largest privately owned and operated transportation company in the U.S. This is a full-time position with benefits and paid time off.
Earn $27.00 per hour. Pay rate commensurate with candidate experience level.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of scheduling or operations experience
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends
- MS Outlook and Excel
- Valid Driver’s License (CDL is a plus but not required)
Responsibilities:
- Monitor service performance
- Coordinate with terminal leadership, customer service, and other teams to ensure safe and effective operations
