Salary: $1,500 - $2,000

Job Requirements:
• Receive the day desk's open items and own them to resolution — no issue sleeps until morning by default
• Own the board through the window — every truck's location, status, ETA, next appointment, live in the TMS
• Grab and manage evening/overnight blocks — the highest-volume window in Relay
• Protect account metrics: handle late-arrival and cancellation exposure with Relay support before the metric posts
• Trailer hooks, yard check-ins, drop-and-hook vs. live at the facility level
• Weather, facility closures, refused loads — reroute and rebook without waiting for daylight
