Dispatcher

The Dispatcher coordinates and schedules the movement of personnel, vehicles, or equipment to ensure timely and efficient operations. This role communicates with field staff, monitors progress, and resolves issues to maintain service quality and operational effectiveness.

Receive, prioritize, and assign work orders or service requests

Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, communications, and incidents
Respond to emergencies or unexpected changes and coordinate appropriate resources
Use dispatch software or communication tools to manage operations efficiently
Provide excellent customer service and support operational objectives
Collaborate with management to optimize routes, schedules, and workflow
