Dispatcher

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for 1 reliable Dispatcher with previous experience in dispatching and customer service who is committed to providing our clients with an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities:

• Dispatches orders, optimizing driver's delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitors the progression of orders and ensures information is thorough and accurate.
• Engage with Bento Customers and Merchants by providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Effectively uses computer systems for tracking, information gathering and/or troubleshooting.
• Dispatches roadside assistance requests based on (safety, weather, traffic, etc.) ensuring police and other emergency calls are handled within established timeframes.
• Creates schedules/Creates and edits menus.
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent and 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Minimum 1 year dispatching experience.
• Strong professional communication etiquette.
• Strong level of English written and spoken.
• Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient computer skills; ability to type at least 30 words per minute, knowledge of Office applications (Typing, Excel and Word Test will be applied).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  

Working Conditions:

Schedules vary and include weekends, public holidays and overtime as needed.

• Regular 45-hour work week.
• Flexible hours including split shifts, based on operations with shifts between 8am - 12 midnight Monday-Sunday.

Compensation:

KYD $2,000.00 per month plus monthly Bento Credits. Health and Pension as per labour laws.
