• Book and negotiate loads with brokers
Communicate with drivers throughout each trip
Track shipments and provide timely updates
Monitor drivers’ hours of service and availability
Resolve delays, breakdowns, and delivery issues
Collect and verify BOLs, PODs, rate confirmations, and other documents
• Maintain accurate load and driver records
Ensure loads are delivered safely and on time
Build professional relationships with brokers and customers
