Dispatcher
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
Job Duties:
- Responsible for communicating with truck driver during before, during, and after transit.
- Makes the feed orders and complete feed order planning.
- Assigns the feed loads to trucks.
- Maintains the feed levels in the mill.
- Answers calls and emails to the feed mill.
- Completes records and logs of loads, orders, and trucks.
- Assists in other administrative and clerical duties as instructed.
Job Hazards:
- Working in a setting with moving vehicles.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma
- Office Experience Preferred.
- Knowledge of office administration procedures and computer systems (Word, Excel, Ulti, and Kronos)
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written
- Attention to detail in composing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of urgency.

- Regular office environment
- Environmental elements throughout Feed Mill areas.
- Wear assigned Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Be able to handle a high stress environment.
- Ability to climb steps and to access and egress through Feed Mill work areas.
