📋 Job Requirements:
• Book and negotiate freight with brokers and direct shippers.
• Dispatch drivers efficiently while maximizing truck utilization and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with freight brokers and customers.
• Work closely with safety, accounting, and management teams to ensure smooth operations.
📝 Notes:
2+ year of experience dispatching dry van ( reefer, or flatbed in the US market )
Experience using DAT Load Board, Truckstop, and TMS software.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
