Dispatcher
You will manage day-to-day live transit operations, adjust operating plans using real-time information, and resolve operational issues. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, support other business areas through live operations and phone and email work, and make informed ad hoc decisions with limited guidance.
Responsibilities
- Adjust daily operating plans using real-time input from drivers, riders, and colleagues
- Prioritize and resolve live operational issues
- Provide creative solutions for overseeing live operations
- Build cross-functional relationships with Via teams, offices, and external partners
- Support other business areas through live operations, phone, and email work
- Take action on operational issues based on available information
- Use knowledge of Via products and services to make ad hoc decisions with limited guidance
