Dispatcher

We are looking for a Dispatcher to join our operations team and handle the coordination and monitoring of daily delivery orders, ensuring accurate and efficient order distribution and processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and organize delivery orders.
• Distribute orders to drivers based on location and priority.
• Transfer and reassign orders when required.
• Enter and update order information accurately in the system.
• Monitor order status and ensure proper completion.
• Conduct regular order and data inventory checks.
• Follow up on delays or operational issues and coordinate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth operations throughout the night shift.

Requirements

• Previous experience in dispatching, delivery, logistics, or operations is preferred.
• Good computer and data-entry skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple orders.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work the night shift.
• Good knowledge of Baghdad areas is an advantage.
