📋 Job Requirements:

• Sourcing, negotiating, and booking high-paying reefer loads via DAT, Truckstop, and direct broker relationships.
• Managing temperature requirements (continuous vs. cycle-sentry), pre-cooling checks, pulp temps, and seal protocols.
• Tracking loads 24/7, providing timely updates to brokers, and coordinating delivery appointments/lumpers.
• Route planning, monitoring driver Hours of Service (HOS), and minimizing empty deadhead miles.

📝 Notes:
We are looking for "ISHNI YORVORAMAN" degan Reefer dispatcher, but Dry Van is a plus
