• Proven experience with Amazon & Chime Brokers
• Strong rate negotiation skills Excellent broker communication
• Ability to solve problems fast and manage load disputes
• Experience handling driver performance and operations
• Fluent English required
• Inhouse only (not looking outsource service 100%)
