DISPATCHER

Our company is seeking an experienced DISPATCHER to oversee the transportation of a wide variety of products from one location to another. We are looking for organized, detail-oriented, self-driven individuals with a commitment to excellence and a proven history of success in transportation.
This is a permanent full-time position.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 1:00pm - 10:00pm
***This position has a rotational after-hours support component, and pays an On-Call Bonus.***
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate rates with carriers and problem solving .
- Coordinate and manage deliveries and pick-ups.
- Oversee and manage issues that arise after-hours.
- Manage customer service and complaints with the utmost level of courtesy and professionalism.
- 3+ Years of Experience in the Transportation Industry
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Suite) an asset
- Proficient with Truckmate (TMW) an asset
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
