• Minimum 4+ years of experience in the logistics industry;
• Real hands-on experience working with entry-level employees;
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Relay and Street Loads;
• Excellent mentoring and coaching skills;
• Strong communication and leadership abilities;
• Responsible and goal-oriented.
