Pay: $22 to $25 per hour DOE, paid weekly

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM; some weekend work may be required

Status: Full-time, year-round

We’re looking for a dependable, organized Dispatcher who can keep drivers, routes, and daily operations on track. This is a fast-paced role for someone who communicates well, stays calm under pressure, and enjoys figuring things out when plans change.


A Day in the Life

As a Dispatcher, you’ll work closely with the Area Manager and field teams to make sure service runs safely, efficiently, and with outstanding customer care. You will:

  • Coordinate and dispatch daily driver routes
  • Monitor routes and make real-time adjustments based on customer needs, staffing, and changing priorities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to driver and customer questions, concerns, and complaints
  • Look for opportunities to improve route efficiency and overall performance
  • Forecast equipment and staffing needs and communicate them to the appropriate team members
  • Maintain safety and quality standards in accordance with company and DOT requirements
  • Complete accurate data entry and prepare and distribute operational reports
  • Follow established systems and procedures and communicate gaps or concerns to the Area Manager
  • Step in to support teammates and help keep daily priorities on track
