Dispatcher

Northwest Respiratory Services seeks a Dispatcher to join our operations team in St. Paul, Minnesota. This person is responsible to ensure all delivery functions are performed efficiently. You will maintain all routes and ensure completeness, accuracy, and smooth flow of all Service Technician paperwork.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Update, revise, and maintain all drivers routes to ensure efficiency and workload consistency
• Work with Customer Service, Branch Managers, and Maintenance to assure timely and proper delivery
• Process paperwork to ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance, on a daily basis
• Receive daily call-in orders and efficiently place within a drivers route
