Dispatcher

PromptCare is seeking a reliable and organized Dispatcher to join our team. The Dispatcher is responsible for scheduling and the supervision for all new respiratory orders, oxygen deliveries, pick-ups, and disposable supplies in accordance with all State and Federal regulations and accrediting body standards to provide safe, quality patient services. The dispatcher must respond to all incoming emails and responsible for setting up vehicle maintenance, scheduling oxygen refills with our oxygen vendor. Filing paperwork, assisting in pulling orders for the next day and acting as a back-up driver when needed.
