Overview:

Coordinate and expedite deliveries using dispatch software. Serve as liaison between drivers, customers, and warehouse staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage routes via dispatch software
• Communicate with drivers and customers
• Ensure accurate and timely deliveries
• Maintain logs and resolve delivery issues

Requirements:

• Strong computer skills (dispatch experience preferred)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lift 60 lbs
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
