About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Dispatcher to join our Field Operations team. You’ll coordinate people, trucks, and equipment to deliver exceptional service to our customers. If you're organized, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy problem-solving, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispatch and route field crews and vehicles efficiently
- Review, create, and edit work orders
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to schedule services and resolve conflicts
- Ensure crews have proper training, certifications, and equipment
- Monitor job progress, crew hours, and resource availability
- Adjust schedules quickly when priorities shift
- Complete and submit required paperwork and reports daily
- Other duties as assigned
What You Bring
- High School diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
- 2+ years of dispatch experience (multi-service dispatch is a plus)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry
- Bilingual is a plus!
- Able to problem-solve, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure
- Familiarity with the Oregon/Washington region
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Willing to work flexible hours, including occasional nights, weekends, and overtime
