At Diamond, our Dispatchers are the heartbeat of our operation. You’ll connect customers, technicians, managers, and sales teams while keeping the day running smoothly across HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Dispatch technicians and manage daily schedules for maximum efficiency.
- Answer calls and communicate with customers and field technicians.
- Schedule estimates, sold jobs, follow-ups, and service calls.
- Adjust schedules when emergencies, delays, or cancellations happen.
- Manage technician on-call schedules.
- Coordinate with managers, technicians, sales, and customer service teams.
- Debrief technicians after jobs and help resolve customer concerns.
- Pull permits and coordinate inspections.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, warranties, and job documentation.
- Track Quiet Cool & Generac inventory and order equipment as needed.
- Follow up on outstanding customer balances and assist with month-end goals.
