- Ability to learn to collaborate directly with all levels of Management and Crews to maintain and modify on time schedules to meet the Customer’s needs.
- Ability to learn to work directly with internal and external Customers in a professional manner in securing accurate information in support to the success of production.
- Must have the ability to react quickly to last minute adjustments
- Ability to learn to maintain Crew assignments with ability to make adjustments when needed.
- Ability to learn maintain accurate Job Board
- Ability to work with flexible schedule which will include evenings, weekends and holidays.
- must be able to create reports.
- must be efficient in Microsoft.
