• Plan and assign loads to drivers efficiently
• Monitor drivers’ routes and ensure on-time pickup and delivery.
• Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers regarding load updates.
• Negotiate freight rates and secure profitable loads.
• Schedule pickup and delivery appointments
• Resolve operational issues, delays, and emergencies in a timely manner
• Provide drivers with load details and necessary instructions.
