Job Requirements:

• Search for and secure profitable loads for trucks.
• Focus primarily on USPS loads, while also finding other suitable freight when needed.
• Contact brokers and complete carrier setup packets
• Track loads and handle any issues or delays
• Build long-term relationships with brokers
• Coordinate with drivers, brokers, and pickup/delivery locations

Notes:
Broker Setup & Load Booking. This is a street dispatcher position, not just tracking loads.
You must actively find freight, set up with brokers, and negotiate rates.
Experience with USPS loads is strongly preferred.
Experience with 53' dry van
