Dispatcher

Our Part city store is currently looking for a Dispatcher to serve our customers.
Responsibilities:

Support daily store operations;
Maintain and update driver dispatching systems;
Optimize operations throughout the day and manage assignment changes;
Communicate effectively with employees and customers;
Follow up on issues, required adjustments, and report to the store manager;
Resolve customer service–related issues in collaboration with the store manager;
Perform any other related tasks as assigned.
