zTrip is seeking a dependable and highly organized Dispatcher to support daily transportation operations. In this role, you will coordinate driver assignments, monitor service activity, and make real-time adjustments to ensure efficient and reliable transportation. As a key point of communication between drivers, customers, and operations teams, you will help maintain smooth service and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do as a Dispatcher:

• Dispatch and assign trips based on customer demand, driver availability, and service schedules
• Monitor active trips and service coverage, making adjustments as needed to maximize efficiency and on-time performance
• Communicate trip details, service updates, and operational changes to drivers in a clear and timely manner
• Respond to customer and driver inquiries, providing professional support and problem resolution
• Track and document dispatch activities, trip information, and service-related communications
• Work closely with operations and customer service teams to optimize daily transportation services
• Manage service disruptions and help resolve transportation challenges as they arise

What You'll Bring to the Role as a Dispatcher:

• Previous experience in dispatching, transportation, logistics, customer service, or a related field preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to think quickly and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with dispatching, scheduling, GPS, or fleet management software is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer service excellence
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Valid driver's license
