Overview:
The Munster Times is seeking a hands-on Distribution Manager to lead newspaper delivery operations within an assigned territory.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily newspaper distribution
• Recruit and manage independent contractors
• Ensure delivery meets standards
• Resolve customer complaints
• Maintain route lists and reports
• Support distribution operations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and insurance

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 35 lbs
• Carry up to 50 lbs
• Combination of standing, walking, and driving
