The Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Distribution Center Technician II to join our dynamic team! You will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, maintaining inventory integrity, and performing essential distribution tasks using state-of-the-art equipment. This role requires working at heights of up to 20 feet while wearing safety harnesses and adhering to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using handheld devices and following standard operating procedures.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment (certification provided).
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counts, and identify discrepancies.
- Organization & Maintenance: Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and meet company safety and 5S standards.
- Collaboration: Report safety issues, escalate problems, and collaborate with supervisors and team members.
- Other Duties: Assist with receiving, returns, and quality control tasks as needed.
