Distribution Logistics Intern – Germany/Netherlands

We're searching for a dedicated Logistics Intern to join our team for a 40-hour work week, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth flow of our distribution logistics operations. • Assist the in-/outbound/stock transfer/return process between internal stakeholders and 3PL.
• Manage PGR, PGI and POD processes in S4 HANA to ensure accurate goods movement.
• Support LFR report, Dangerous good report, abnormal shipment report and related documentation.
• Perform stock comparisons to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Conduct thorough checking and submission of invoices for suppliers, Perform auditing of POD documentation.
• Assist with the updating of logistics dashboards.
• Assist serial number (SN) and other logistics requests.

• Currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's program (e.g., Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration).
• Demonstrated interest in logistics, supply chain, warehousing and operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerBI, S4 HANA experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1), other languages e.g. German, Chinese, Dutch is a plus
