Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in FMCG distribution and sales operations.
• Previous professional experience in Africa is mandatory.
• Proven experience managing wholesale and retail distribution channels.
• Hands-on experience with cash vans and route-to-market operations.
• Strong knowledge of modern and traditional trade.
