Distribution Manager - Male only

Supply Chain & Logistics Oversight: Plan, organize, and manage the daily distribution operations of pharmaceutical products to ensure timely and safe delivery.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all warehousing, handling, and transportation processes comply fully with health authority guidelines, GDP (Good Distribution Practices), and safety standards.

Inventory & Stock Control: Collaborate with inventory controllers to monitor stock levels, prevent stock outs or overstocking, and manage product batch tracking.

Vendor & Transporter Management: Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, freight forwarders, and delivery partners to optimize transport routes, costs, and delivery speeds.

Order Fulfilment & Documentation: Supervise and execute order processing, shipping records, invoices, delivery confirmations, and ensure accurate batch traceability for audits and potential product recalls.

Discrepancy & Issue Resolution: Promptly address delayed shipments, damaged goods, or temperature excursions, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

We are seeking a detail-driven and experienced *Pharmaceutical Distribution Professional* to oversee the seamless movement of our pharmaceutical products from manufacturing plants and warehouses to distributors, hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare institutions. The ideal candidate will ensure that all distribution, cold-chain, and logistics processes adhere strictly to regulatory standards, product integrity requirements, and company timelines

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field. (An MBA or specialized certification in Logistics/Pharma Supply Chain is a strong plus.)

Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical supply chain, logistics, or distribution management.

Knowledge Base: Deep understanding of Good Distribution Practices (GDP), chain logistics, inventory software/ERP systems (e.g., zoho), and regulatory frameworks.
